five facts about Tarantulas

fact one:they rub there back and spit out litle needle hairs at you

fact two:they are all venomous but some of there bites are just like wasp stings

fact:three there legs can get up to three inches long

fact four;females have a thirty year life

fact five: Tarantulas dont web up they use silk

    Gosh I didn't know that all tarantulas were venomous. I am not a big fan of spiders, but they do lots for us. Do you like spiders?

  2. How interesting! I did not know all of those facts. 30 years is a long time to live! How long do the males live for? Where did you get this information from? It would be great if you could please include a picture of one!

      males can live up to ten to twelve years i got the information from google and from what i know i did add a photo as couple of minutes ago

    2. The picture is fantastic - makes the pot nice to look at. Although Mrs Lee seems to have a differing opinion haha!
      Wow 10-12 for males and 30 for females! I wonder why there is such a huge difference? Do the females look after themselves better? Do the males get into fights?

  3. Elise, it's great that you used the feedback from Miss Morgan to add a picture to your post... but did it have to be so big??? (You know how I feel about spiders...)
    You've made an awesome effort with finding different facts about tarantulas. Something to think about - how could you use these facts and create a poster using Piktochart or even an animation? You could practise a different way of presenting your fantastic researching skills.
